Doug Slaydon has been painting oils for over forty years. He studied painting and drawing at San Francisco State University with the late Richard McLean as his academic advisor and instructor. Doug recently participated in a group show at the Cal Maritime Museum and the 2nd Friday Art Walk in Vallejo.  He has been featured in many group shows over the past thirty years including the California State Fair in 1995.
