Lynda Silva grew up in Hanford, California, where she did a lot of running and hollering outdoors, on her family’s ranch. These early experiences influenced her art work with instincts for native plants and landscape. Silva received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from California College of the Arts, Oakland/ San Francisco, California, which led her to a career as an Adult Outreach Educator. She then later completed her Master’s of Fine Art Painting from Academy of Art University, San Francisco. She has exhibited in multiple venues including recent “Enchanted Realms” Arts Benicia and annually at Umpqua Bank in Benicia, California. She was awarded a River Meadows Artist Residence in Wyoming. Silva lives and maintains her art studio in Benicia, California. And recently completed certification from Quantum Success Coaching Academy and The Center Jungian Life Coach, where she specializes in coaching other artist’s wanting to reach a higher potential.
